Lynx Storm Back in Third Quarter for 88-77 Win

Team Ties Game and Goes On to Outplay Fever in Fourth

McBride's Performance Contributes to Fever Defeat

The Minnesota Lynx fought hard for an 88-77 win over the Indiana Fever in their Friday night matchup. The Lynx trailed by 12 points at the half, but a 19-7 run in the third quarter tied the game. The Lynx then outplayed the Fever in the fourth quarter to secure the win.

Sylvia Fowles led the Lynx with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Aerial Powers added 17 points, and Odyssey Sims contributed 14 points. Victoria Vivians led the Fever with 18 points, and Breanna Stewart added 16 points and 10 rebounds.

The Fever led by as many as 12 points in the second quarter, but the Lynx slowly chipped away at the lead. The Lynx took their first lead of the game with just over three minutes remaining in the third quarter. The Lynx never trailed again, and they went on to win by 11 points.

The Lynx's win is their third in a row. They are now 10-10 on the season, and they are tied for fifth place in the Western Conference. The Fever's loss is their second in a row. They are now 6-12 on the season, and they are in eighth place in the Eastern Conference.
